Customer: SOLBLAT

SOLBLAT, manufacturer of alimentation products, needed to diversify its product range.

Without the space capacity to implement a new production line, the challenge was considerable.

Finally, we came up with the solution of taking advantage of 75% of the current line, implementing a secondary air production route.

Outcome:

• Added secondary part monoblock line for an agile product change.
• Leveling and opening systems depending on the production variables.
• Forecast of adaptation to new product formats in the future.
